We’ll chat about your vision, destination dreams, must-haves, budget, and how involved (or hands-off) you’d like to be.

Step 3: Intake Form & Contract
After the call, you’ll receive a Client Intake Form + Contract. This gathers all your preferences and confirms the scope of service.

Step 4: Deposit to Begin
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin planning. This goes toward your total package. (If you’re only booking hotel or villa stays through me — that’s completely complimentary.)

Step 5: Luxe Planning Begins
I’ll begin curating your custom travel experience — including flights, stays, dining, activities, transportation, and more.

Step 6: Delivery of Your PDF Itinerary
Two weeks before your trip, you’ll receive a beautifully designed PDF itinerary with clickable links, maps, and details. Need it sooner? Rush service is available for an added fee.

Step 7: Final Touches & Support
As your departure nears, I’ll send final reminders and be on hand for any last-minute questions or changes. My Luxe members enjoy direct WhatsApp access.
